Moss Electrical is a husband and wife owned and run electrical business. Richard Moss is the owner and electrician, and his wife Chantel handles the admin as well as Richard’s tool hand and apprentice. We quote and do the work ourselves. The COVID-19 pandemic hit us hard with both of us losing our jobs. We started this business on our own due to this situation, and have never looked back. We pride ourselves in our little business and are known for our honesty, reliability, punctuality and quality of work and good sense of humor. We carry out every job with integrity and professionally, and we cherish each and every one of our clients, and are grateful for the support and ongoing business they have given us and continue to give us.
All our customers are extremely important to us as they are the reason we are able to continue to run our business. Richard has over 25 years experience as a qualified electrician, and Chantel has over 10 years experience in the electrical field and industry on the administration side.

We have engaged Richard and Chantel 3 times now. Richard explained and recommended that we stop using the extension power boards as they were a fire hazard. He upgraded some of the fuses in the fuse box, added in some new power points with USB and replaced some of our sensor lights. Their communication was top notch even using whatsapp to share photos of available power points, and it didn’t matter that it was after hours or on a Saturday. We were very happy with their quote, their work, and that they cleaned up once the work was completed. We would definitely use them again. Both Richard and Chantel are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
